Jeff was great to work with on my Commerical vehicle purchase. His knowledge was great of all vehicles not just the dealership in butler but they have multiple dealerships they can sell vehicles from. Very easy to work with and I felt like I got a great deal at Diehl. The team was great will recommend to others!

I called and spoke with Aladdin. My vehicle was totaled so I needed a car fairly quickly. Aladdin asked me to come in at my convenience and told me what hybrid RAV4 they had in stock. Once I arrived he explained how the 2026 RAV4 was not due for a couple months and the 2025 was low in stock. We test drove one in stock. I made a deposit on it but needed to wait for insurance check. He was very courteous and professional the entire time. He assured me the car would be waiting for me. Because of bad weather I wasn't sure I could get someone to drive me to pick it up. He offered to arrange transportation for me which was a life saver for someone in their mid seventies! I have bought four vehicles at Diehl and recommend them highly and also recommend contacting Aladdin if you need a new car. It was an outstanding experience.

We were looking for a specific used vehicle and found one online at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Butler, PA. Since we live over 100 miles away from the dealership, we called and worked with Evan Hart. Evan did a great job of answering all our questions, and sending pictures/details about the vehicle to help address our inquiries. We read other reviews stating the dealership is good to deal with and low-pressure, and that was our experience as well. Our only disappointment was that we could not reach an agreement on price, so we did not purchase the vehicle. Our offer was based on our budget, and close to Diehl's posted price, but we understand the dealership's business decision as well.

My experience with Diehl Toyota of Butler was great in all categories. My salesman Calid was great and knowledgeable and polite. The sales manager Dominic H. Was also very helpful in all ways. I have no issues at all and will buy all of my new vehicles at Diehl Toyota of Butler. I love my Tacoma.

I had a very good experience in car buying. From beginning, the sales person Jesus helped me with all detailed information and made sure that I should get the best value for my trade in. Jesus also provided all the information about my new car availability and when I can come and pick it up. He elaborated all the minor details about my new Grand Highlander Hybrid model and did his best on the day of car delivery. One of the things that brought me to Diehl was Shawn Peters, maintenance manager at Diehl Auto for Chrysler. He has been the best advocate for this dealership because of a previous car I owned which his service department took care of. I recently purchased another vehicle at Diehl because of Shawn. This time I bought a Toyota. I love Diehl Automotive and their wonderful staff at Toyota Sales too. They are efficient, effective, professional and super friendly. The reason I bought a car from Diehl Toyota Auto dealership was because of 3 people (Besides Shawn), Matt Muchnok, my salesman, John Mitsos, the sales manager, and Matt Hilty in the finance department. Each were not pushy in the 2 months I worked with them. They were knowledgeable. If they didn't know an answer they would find it. They were honest, efficient, and friendly.Much more could be said here. I would definitely consider buying a car at Diehl automotive in Butler on route 8. Lots of cars to choose from both foreign and domestic. You won't regret your decision. Sales people are great and service team too.
