Leased a new Tacoma from the salesman Matt. He was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable, patient and for once at a dealership didn’t feel like I was being upsold on a bunch of useless add-ons. Love my new truck and love this dealership. Also they have some of the best deals around.

Just bought a new hybrid Tacoma from Diehl. It was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Dominick and (another salesman, whose name I forget, he wore hey dudes.) were incredible. They were motivated to make a sale, more than fair on trade in, and I got the vehicle I wanted. The finance guy was great as well. I can honestly say I’ve never had a good car buying experience until I went to Diehl. They were just genuine people, not your typical over the top car salesman.

My purchase was for a used vehicle, a Toyota Highlander. The sales process was great. Dealer prep/cleaning before delivery was sub par. I left repeated messages regarding that, with zero response. Once I left the premises, I was nobody. This was after driving 4.5hrs round trip to do business with them.....

Highly recommend working with the team at Diehl. Particularly Alec in Sales and Dave Dressing in finance. My son was in a bad accident and totaled his Tacoma. We found a replacement at Diehl. My wife was going to go look at it, but it was very difficult for her as the accident had just happened a week prior, and frankly we are lucky he walked away from the accident. I called and spoke with Dave before she went and explained the situation. Dave and Alec were absolute gentlemen! There was absolutely no pressure and they were extremely kind to her and made her very comfortable. These guys are the absolute best!
