From start to finish, James (salesman) and John (manager) were fantastic guys to work with. Their communication was excellent, and they worked with me when I called at the last minute so I could test drive a vehicle, while I was already down in Butler (since I live a little over an hour away). They also were very flexible and stayed a little later one evening on the day my vehicle was delivered so that I didn’t have to wait until the weekend to be able to drive it home. They were both so pleasant and kind. I would recommend them to anyone, and would absolutely do business with them again in the future.

Cornell was exceptional in helping us select the 2027 Hybrid Prius and its various options. There was no high pressure, which made us very comfortable. Other staff members were very cordial. We were comfortable with the price. Now we just have to wait until the Prius is allotted a delivery date.

This was the first time we purchased from Diehl Toyota. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We also knew what our trade was worth. This dealership went above and beyond to get our business. They had what we wanted at our price and gave us top dollar for our trade. Jeff (our sales person) was so easy to work with and went out of his way to get us the deal we wanted and answer any questions. He knew the product. BTW we purchased the C-HR EV. We came from a plug -in to a full EV experience. Also John Tew made the financing process seamless. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you want a great deal with no pressure.

I went to shop for a new Camry way back in April and May. There has been a horrible shortage on these units. My sales person, Cornell, bent over backwards to meet my needs and honor my requests. Here it is October, and Cornell noticed a few units were allocated to his dealership. He gave me a call trying to help get me matched up with the exact sort of unit I requested. It doesn’t get any better than that, in the category of customer service! Cornell ROCKS! Diehl Toyota of Butler gets my vote.

The process of purchasing a new/used vehicle is never easy…right? You have to either call in or physically go to the dealership and start negotiating the price down to what fits your budget best. You don’t wanna budge. The salesman doesn’t wanna budge. That was not the case this time with myself and Dave K. We talked for a little bit on the phone about what I wanted and where I wanted to be. On the very first return call to me, we were in the same ballpark based on money down and payments per month on the lease. I went out the next day and we got a deal done. I would recommend Dave K out at Diehl Toyota in Butler. Go out and give him/them a try.

I had a wonderful experience with Chris from Diehl Toyota of Butler. I contacted him and told him that I wanted a 2026 Toyota Rav 4. I had previously contacted other dealers and was told there would be a 3 or 4 month wait. However when I contacted Chris he was able to find me a red Rav 4 hybrid that would be delivered in a month. This was perfect because I had another leased vehicle that would be ready to turn in about a month. When the Rav 4 was delivered to the dealer, Chris called me to pick it up. I went to the dealership that night and was out of there with all papers signed in less than an hour. The reason it even took an hour is that the finance dept was busy with other customers. This was the best experience I have ever had leasing a car. I have been leasing cars for over 30 years. Definitely would recommend Deihl Toyota of Butler!
