My husband was texting Matt about a Corolla Toyota. We ended up going to the Diehl dealership in Butler. Matt was very nice and answered our questions. The team was very accommodating in helping my husband and I find what we wanted and needed.

I can't believe I'm writing a positive review for a car dealership, but here I am. I had a great experience working with Jeff Rossiter last week when I bought my new car. I've helped several friends and family members buy cars recently, and working with Jeff was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Jeff was easy going and honest, listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions, didn't bat an eye when I came back to drive the same car multiple times, and talked me through all the features on the car when it arrived. I got a fair price on my trade in and I financed through a credit union and didn't get hassled for it, unlike several other places I looked. I think I worked with Matthew H on the financial end of it all, which was also straightforward and pleasant. Jeff even checked in after I had the car a few days to see how things were going. Buying a car can be so stressful -- thanks for making it such a positive experience.

Just bought my 2026 Toyota Tundra and couldn’t be happier! Jeff Rossiter was awesome to work with super fair, easygoing, and really took care of us from start to finish. There was no unnecessary back and forth or pressure, just an honest, smooth experience. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, go see Jeff he’ll treat you right!

Jesus Pacheco was a fantastic salesman. He was so patient with me, going back and forth between vehicles. When I finally settled on one, he found it for me at another dealership and didn’t give up until he had secured it. He had me fill everything out online, so when I went to pick it up it was just a few signatures. Never any pressure and he was completely honest and upfront about everything. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or with Jesus!

My purchase was for a used vehicle, a Toyota Highlander. The sales process was great. Dealer prep/cleaning before delivery was sub par. I left repeated messages regarding that, with zero response. Once I left the premises, I was nobody. This was after driving 4.5hrs round trip to do business with them.....
