As the Service Manager, you will be the orchestrator of our bustling service department, guiding a talented team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff to deliver a flawless performance every day. Your role will be to ensure that every car that rolls into our shop is treated like a masterpiece, every customer feels like they’re part of a VIP concert, and the service department operates with the precision of a finely tuned engine. You’ll balance the needs of the team, the demands of the customers, and the quirks of the cars themselves—all while wearing a metaphorical top hat and a real smile.
Your day will be a delightful mix of strategic planning and hands-on problem solving. You’ll manage workflows with the finesse of a puzzle master, assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that no car is left behind (or, in our case, unfinished).
